The Beautiful New Stargazer is Cottage #70 in Steinhatchee Landing Resort.

This is the newest cottage in Steinhatchee Landing Resort! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath sits in the middle of the resort overlooking the community pool behind the cottage. The resort sits on the Steinhatchee River which flows to the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering the front glass front door, you are in the living area. This is a large area open to the kitchen and dining area, all the way to the glass back door. This open area gives you plenty of space to gather, cook and visit during your stay. The queen sleeper sofa located in the living area provides additional sleeping space. A flat screen TV is mounted in the living area.

The kitchen area has top of the line stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. The bar area seats 6 people, as well as offering plenty of space for food prep. The dining table offers space for 6-7 guests.

The front bedroom has a queen bed and a large dresser with mirror. The middle bedroom offers a queen and a set of bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination located between the 2 bedrooms. In addition there is a half bath in the entry area.

At the rear of the cottage is the master bedroom, providing a king sized bed and private bath. There is a wall mounted TV in the master bedroom as well. The quaint barn style door separates the bathroom from the bedroom. The master bath has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower as well as a solid surfaced vanity sink.

Under the cottage is ample parking for your vehicles. A charcoal grill is provided at the bottom of the back stairs. Cook your catch of the day or grill some great steaks or hamburgers after a fun day on the water!

The resort offers a communal 55’ swimming pool, 7 person spa and approximately 22 complimentary boat slips (available on a first-come, first-served basis). There is plenty of room in the resort for parking your boat trailer. The petting zoo down by the river offers chickens, ducks, rabbits and goats for the kids (and adults as well!) pleasure.

Steinhatchee is known for its great fishing and scalloping. Come spend a few days and you will see what a great time you can have here in the “Hatch”. You’ll be glad you did!
